Office & Sales Support Assistant
Responsibilities include; Client relationships - assisting the team with existing clients, answering telephone calls, organising meetings, meet clients on a personalised basis; Internal relationships - organising internal meetings including preparing agendas and taking/circulation meeting minutes. Be the initial point of contact for other offices, colleagues and visitors; Preparing for client meetings, including ensuring that any meeting papers or presentations are completed in a timely manner. Other duties include general office mail (organising of couriers etc), coordination of cleaning services, general correspondence in English filing, monitoring of team absences and vacations, meeting and greeting guests, organisation of travel arrangements for team and visitors coming from other countries, updating contact lists on Excel file and CRM tool- data maintenance.
The successful candidate will ideally have some knowledge of investment management, have relevant work experience gained within financial services, have effective communication skills – both verbal and written; be able to deal with people at all levels; be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Excel and Word; have excellent attention to detail; be a good team player, have a desire to gain a further understanding of the business and be willing to complete any relevant industry qualifications. Marketing Specialist
Qualifications:
The successful candidates will be responsible for the execution of our marketing efforts globally. You will be responsible for liaising with line managers and relevant business units (namely business development and fund management teams) to identify and execute marketing requirements
Candidates will be responsible for; online and an offline product campaign, ensuring marketing literature is produced in line with internal processes and requirements, maintaining relationships with local journalists and organising conferences. Candidates will, therefore, be required to have experience in all of the above.
